Disclaimer

 I am by no means an expert in food…not in the least.  I truly just enjoy finding, creating (and of course eating) new recipes that my boyfriend and I can enjoy together.  I am also not a calorie counter, so you will not find any calorie counts on this blog…I would drive myself to insanity with that. 

To put it simply: I eat pretty foods.  I love knowing exactly what goes into my meals.  The more fruits and veggies it has, the more delicious it is.  I have indulgences and obsessions and I don’t deprive myself of foods I want to eat, but I do try to eat as healthy as I can because I find it gives me a lot more energy, better health and a better outlook on life.  

I am not a nutritionist or dietitian.  I am simply sharing with you the foods that I enjoy, and tips that have worked for me throughout my healthy lifestyle change.
